Earlier, during the first year of King Belshazzar`s reign in Babylon,* Daniel had a dream and saw visions as he lay in his bed. He wrote down the dream, and this is what he saw. In the vision that night, Daniel saw a great storm churning the surface of a great sea, with strong winds blowing from every direction. Then four huge beasts came up out of the water, each different from the others.

The first beast was like a lion with eagle`s wings. As Daniel watched, its wings were pulled off, and it was left standing with  two feet on the ground, like a human being. And it was given a human mind.

Then Daniel saw a second beast, and  it looked like a bear. It was rearing up on one side and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And Daniel heard a voice saying to it, Get up! Devour the flesh of many people!"

Then the third of the strange beasts appeared, and it looked like a leopard. It had four birds wings on its back and it had four heads. Great authority was given to this beast. Then in Daniel`s vision that night, he saw a fourth beast-terrifying, dreadful and very impregnable. It devoured and crushed its victims with huge iron teeth and trampled their remains and beneath its feet. It was looking distinct  from any of the other beasts and had ten horns.

As Daniel was looking at the horns, suddenly another small horn appeared among them. Three of the first horns were torn out by the roots to make room for it. This little horn had eyes like human eyes and a mouth that was boasting arrogantly.

Daniel watched as thrones were put in place and the Ancient One* sat down to judge.

His clothing was as white as a snow, his hair like purest wool.

He sat on fiery throne with wheels of blazing fire and a river of fire was pouring out, flowing from his presence.

Millions of angels ministered to him; many millions stood to attend to him.

Then the court began its session and the books were opened.

Daniel  continued to watch because he could hear the little horn`s boastful speech.

He kept watching until the fourth beast was killed and its body was destroyed by fire. The other three beast had their authority was taken from them, but they were allowed to live a while longer.*

As the vision of Daniel continued that night, He saw someone like a son of man* coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient One and was led into his presence. He was given authority, honor and sovereignty over all the nations of the world, so that people of every race, nation and language would obey him. His rule is eternal- it will never end. His kingdom will never be destroyed.

DANIEL 7 : 1 -13

As Daniel was trying to understand the meaning of his vision, someone who looked like a man stood in front of him, and he heard a human voice calling, Angel Gabriel, tell this man the meaning of his vision. DANIEL 9:15

Daniel  was troubled by all that he had seen in his vision which terrified him. So he approached one of  those standing beside the throne and asked him what it all meant. He explain it to him like this. "These four huge beasts represent four kingdoms that will arise from the earth. But in the end, the holy people of the Most High will be given the kingdom and will rule forever and ever "

Then he wanted to know the true meaning of the fourth beast, the one so different from the others and was so terrifying. It had devoured and crushed its victims with iron teeth and bronze claws, trampling their remains beneath its feet. So Daniel asked about the ten horns on the fourth beast`s head and the little horn that came up afterward and destroyed three of the other horns. This horn had seemed greater than the others, and it had human eyes and a mouth that was arrogantly boasting. Its horn was waging war against God`s holy people and was defeating them. Until the Ancient One- The Most High-came and judged in favor of his holy people. Then the time arrived for the holy people to take over the kingdom.

The fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth. It will be different from all the others. It will devour the whole world, trampling and crushing everything in it's path. Its ten horns are ten kings who will rule that empire. Then another king will arise, different from the other ten who will subdue three of them. He will defy the Most High and oppress the holy people of the Most High. He will try to change their sacred festivals and laws, and they will be place under his control for some time.

But then the court will pass judgment, and all his power will be taken away and completely destroyed. Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of all  the kingdoms under heaven will be given to the holy one of the Most High. His kingdom will last forever and all rulers will serve and obey him. This was the end of Daniel`s vision, he was terrified by his thoughts and his face was pale with fear, but he kept the vision to himself . DANIEL 7 : 15 - 28

Daniel heard what he said but did not understand  what Angel Gabriel meant, so he asked, how will all this finally end, my Lord ?  DANIEL 12 : 8

Out of the stump of David`s royal family* will grow a shoot – yes, a new branch bearing fruit from the old root. And the spirit of the Lord will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and mighty, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. He will delight in obeying the Lord. He will not judge by appearance nor make decisions based on hearsay. He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked. He will wear righteousness like belt and truth like undergarment. The wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat. The calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion and little child will lead them all. The cow will graze near the bear. The cub and the calf will lie together, the lion will eat hay like a cow. The baby will play safely near the hole of a cobra, yes, a little child will put it’s hand in a nest of deadly snakes without harm. Nothing will hurt or destroy in all my holly mountains’, for as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the Lord. In that day the heir to David`s throne* will be a banner of salvation to all the world. The nations will rally to him and the land where he lives will be a glorious place!* ISAIAH 11 : 1 -10

Then, in the sixth month of Elizabeth`s pregnancy, God sent angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a Virgin named Mary who was betrothed and engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of King David. Gabriel appeared kowtowing to her, greetings highly favored woman! The Lord is with you! Perplexed, flabbergasted or dumbfounded, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. Don’t be astonished, Angel Gabriel crooned, you have found favor with God! You will conceive and give birth to a son and you will name him JESUS. He will be very great and will be called the son of the Most High. The Lord will give him the throne of his ancestor King David. And he will reign over Israel Forever! “*His kingdom will never end!”* Mary asked the angel, but how can this happened? I am a virgin, the angel replied, "*The Holly Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you to become pregnant! So that the baby to be born will be holly and he will be called the son of God.  LUKE 1 : 26 – 35

This is how King Jesus; the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. Joseph, her fiancee was a good man  did not want to disgrace her publicly, so he decided to break the engagement quietly because he has never satisfy his sexual bravado with her before her pregnancy.

As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. " Joseph, son of King David, the angel said, don't be afraid to make her your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus.* He will save his people from their sins." All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord's message through his Prophet. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Emmanuel, * which means God is with us.* When Joseph woke up, he did as the Angel of the Lord commanded and took Mary as his wife but could not satisfy his sexual libido or bravado with her until her son was born. And Joseph named him "JESUS."*               MATTHEW 1 : 18 - 25

Mary responded by singing  a song of praises to the Almighty God

“Oh how my soul praises the Lord!

*     How my spirit rejoices in God My Saviour!

For he took notice of his lowly servant girl

*    and from now on, all generations will called me blessed.

For the Mighty one is HOLLY

*      and he has done greater things for me!

He shows mercy from generations to generations

*        to all who fear Him!

His mighty army has done tremendous things

*           He has scattered the proud and haughty ones

He has brought down prince  from their thrones,

*            and exalted the humble.

He has filled the hungry with good things,

*     and sent the rich away with empty hands.

He has helped his servants Israelites.

*        and remembered to be merciful.

For he made this promise to our ancestors

*       to Abraham and his children forever!”*

 LUKE 1 : 47 -55

At that time the Roman emperor, Augustus, decreed that a census should be taken throughout the roman empire, ( this was the first census taken when Quirinius was governor of Syria .) All returned to their ancestral towns to register for this frantic census. And because Joseph was a descendant of King David, he have to return to Bethlehem in Judea, King David`s ancient home. He travelled  there from the village of Nazareth in Galilee. He took with him Mary, his concubine who is now obviously pregnant! While they were there, the time came for her to give birth. She gave birth to her first son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger because there was no lodging available for them. That night, there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord`s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. Don’t be panic, he said, I bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The savior – yes the Messiah, the Lord has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of Kind David! You will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth lying in manger.

Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others- the armies of heaven-praising God and saying, glory to God in highest heaven and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased. When the angels have returned to heaven, the shepherds simultaneously said to each other, let’s go to Bethlehem! Let’s see what has happened which the Lord has told us about. They majestically and vigorously  hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph. And there was the Messiah  lying in the manger.

After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel said to them about the Messiah. All who heard the shepherds story were flabbergasted or confounded. But Mary kept all these things in her heart and thought about them oftentimes. The shepherds then went back to their flocks, glorifying and praising God for all they had seen. It was just as the angel had told them. Eight days later, when Jesus  was circumcised, he was named Jesus, the name given to him by the angel before he was conceived. Then it was time for their purification offerings as required by the law of Moses after the birth of a child; so his parents took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord. The laws of the Lord requires that if a woman`s first child is a boy, he must be dedicated to the Lord. So they offered the sacrifice requirement in the law of the Lord, “*either a pair of turtle doves or two young pigeons.”* At that time there was a   man in Jerusalem named Simeon. He was righteous and devout and was eagerly waiting for the Messiah to come and rescue Israel. The Holy spirit was upon him and had revealed to him he will not die until he had seen the Lord`s Messiah. That day the spirit led him to the temple. So when Mary and Joseph came to present  Jesus to the Lord as the law required, Simon was there. He took Jesus  in his  arms and praise God, Saying

“sovereign Lord, now let your servant die in peace,   as you have promised I have seen your miraculous salvation, which you have prepared for all people. He is a light to reveal God to the nations  and he is the glory of your people of  Israelites!”*

Jesus parents were amazed at what was being said about him, then Simon blessed them and said to Mary, Jesus mother, “this child is destined to cause many in Israel to fall, but he will be a joy to many others. He has been sent as a sign from God, but many will oppose him. As a result, the deepest thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. And a sword will pierce your  soul.”

Annan, a prophetess  was also there in the temple. She was the daughter of phanuel from the tribe of Asher and was very old. Her husband died when they have been married only seven years. Then she lived as a widow till  the age of eighty-four. *She never left the temple but stayed there day and night, worshiping God with fasting and prayer. She came along just as Simon was talking with Mary and Joseph, and she began praising God. She talked about the  Messiah  to everyone who have been waiting expectantly for God to rescue Jerusalem. When Jesus parent`s   have fulfilled all the requirements of the Lord, they returned home to Nazareth in Galilee. There  JESUS  grew up healthy and impregnable. He was filled with wisdom and God`s favor was on him. Every year, Jesus parent`s   went to Jerusalem for the Passover festival. When Jesus was twelve years old, they attended the festival as usual. After the celebration was over, they started going home to Nazareth, but Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. His parents didn’t miss him at first, because they assumed he was among the other travelers. But when he didn’t show up that evening, they started looking for him among their relatives and friends. As they couldn’t find him, they went back to Jerusalem to search for him there. Three days later they finally discovered him in the temple sitting among the religious teachers, listening to them and asking queries. All who heard him were amazed at his understanding and answers. His parents didn’t know what to say.  “Son,” his mother said to him, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been frantically searching for you everywhere. But did you need to search? He interrogated! Didn’t you know that I must be in my father`s house? But they didn’t understand what he meant. Then he returned to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them and his mother have all these things in her heart. Jesus grew in wisdom, in stature and in favor with God  and all the people. LUKE  2 :  1 – 52

Oh praise the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has visited and redeemed his people. He has sent us a mighty savior* from the royal line of his servant King David just as he promised through his holly prophets long ago. Now we will be saved from our enemies and from all who hate us. He has been merciful to our ancestors by remembering his sacred covenant he swore with an oath to our ancestor Abraham. We have been rescued from our enemies, so that we can serve God without fear, in holiness and righteousness for as long as we live.            LUKE 1 : 68 - 75

For a child is born to us, a son is given to us, the government will rest on his shoulders and he will be called; Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace. His government and it’s peace will never end! He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor King David for all eternity. The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven`s  Armies will make this happened.      ISAIAH 9 : 6 - 7

Oh yes, It’s undisputable fact that Jesus Christ of Nazareth grew up very impregnably and have creditably performed uncountable miracles which has  enormously attracted unprecedented and gargantuan attention throughout Jerusalem and globally across the world. So out of greediness, jealousies  and hypocrisies, with the religious leaders  interminably hearing the royalties and praises of Jesus  which deeply in their hearts they vehemently opposed, they conglomerated fabricated and blasphemous stories upon which they sheepishly and blasphemously spoke  against Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

The teachers of religious law who had arrived from Jerusalem said he is possessed by Satan. and that , he is the prince of demons. That is where he gets the power to cast out demons. But Jesus called them over and responded with an illustration. “How can satan cast out satan?” He asked? A kingdom divided by civil war will collapse. Similarly, a family splintered by feuding will fall apart and if satan is divided and fight against himself, how can he Stand? He would never survive. Let me illustrate this further, who is powerful enough to enter the house of a strong man like satan and plunder his goods? Only someone even stronger- someone who could tie him up and then plunder his house. I tell you the truth, all sins and blasphemies can be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes the Holly Spirit will never be forgiven. This is a sin with eternal consequences. He told them this because they were saying, “He is possessed by evil Spirit!”      MARK 3 : 22 – 30

Phenomenally, the religious leaders plot to arrest and  kill Jesus, so they sent some of their supporters to trap him by interrogating Jesus so that if  He answer their queries  ferociously it will  lead to his arrest .They asked  him pleas we know that you preach the word of God honestly, faithfully and impartially, tell us do we have to pay tax to Caesar? Are we even supposed to pay tax? Jesus saw through their hypocrisy and said to them why are you trying to trap me? Bring me a roman coin, they brought Him the roman coin and he asked them whose picture, stamp or signature is on it? Caesar`s, they replied. so He said to them give unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar and give unto God what  belongs unto God. His replied completely amazed them so they could not arrest Him. MARK 12:12-17

But Judas went to tell the Religious leaders by discussing how he could betray Jesus to the leading priests and captain of the temple guards . They were delighted and promised to pay him some money and he became very optimistic and was conglomerating remedies  to betray Jesus . LUKE  22:1-6

They were eating and Jesus said here at this table is one of you who will betray me because it is determined that the son of man must die, but what sorrow awaits the one through whom He is betrayed .The disciples  vigorously and spontaneously began asking each other, so  who will betray Jesus? LUKE  21:23

Judas was not perturbed by the warning of Jesus but rather very pessimistic if he will actually be paid if he succeed in betraying Jesus. Indeed, pessimism has eaten deep into his cankerworm, so  tantalizingly,  he could not keep himself on a tenterhook but holistically ran to the religious leaders and asked  how much he will be paid if he lead them to arrest  Jesus and  he was paid thirty pieces of silver coins and has been given the opportunity to betray Jesus.  MATTHEW 26:14-16

In the evening, they were eating  when Jesus predicted again  that one of them will betray him. The disciples were asking Him one after the other, will I be the one to betray You? Then he replied, the one that will betray me is eating with me here at this table. But the calamity, catastrophe, agony or egregiousness that will befall the one  who will betray him, it will be better that such a person might not even be  born on earth .  Pretenders they say do things that are aggravated, Judas who have already been paid thirty pieces of silver coins to betray Jesus , surprisingly and sarcastically asked Jesus, will I be the one to betray you? Jesus replied, you have just said it yourself!!!  MATTHEW  26:20- 25

Then Peter said  I am prepped to go to prison with you and to even die with you, but Jesus replied tomorrow before the rooster crows you will deny three times that you don't even know me.     LUKE  22:33-34

They were now on their way up to Jerusalem and Jesus was walking ahead of them. The disciples were filled with awe, and the people following behind were overwhelmed with fear. Taking the twelve disciples aside, Jesus once more began to describe everything that was about to happen to him. “Listen,” he said, “we are going to Jerusalem, where the son of man* will be betrayed to the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. They will sentence him to die and hand him over to the Romans.* They will mock him, spit on him, flog him with whips and kill him, but after three days he will rise again!”  MARK 10 : 32 -34

Optimistically, it was not long when Judas led the religious leaders with their soldiers to arrest Jesus, he kissed him and Jesus crooned, Judas do you have to betray the Son of a man with  a kiss? A disciple asked Jesus should we strike? because we are with the swords. Peter drew up his sword and cut off one of the ear of the soldier`s of the religious leaders, indeed he who leaves by the sword die by the sword, but Jesus scream permit even this , Jesus touched  it, and  it was as if nothing happened to the ear whiles the blood which was oozing profusely stopped with immediate effect . Jesus asked, why have you come against me with swords like a criminal? Why did you not arrest me at the temple when I was preaching the word of God? Truly when a crocodile comes from a bank of a river to the effect that another crocodile is dead there is no tangible or pragmatic reason to vehemently doubt it. There is no river that flows through forest without breaking down trees, when the cloud gathers and did not rain the wind blows, the powers of darkness overshadow the powers of sunshine and this led to the arrest of JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH .     LUKE 22:47-53.

Fortunately or unfortunately, Judas ran to the religious leaders , I have sin, I have betrayed  an innocent man who committed no crime. He is a novice, but  the religious leaders retorted what does  this mean to us? Go and salvage your  predicaments yourself, Judas threw all the thirty pieces of silver to the religious leaders  and then went to hang himself to death. The leading priests picked up the coins, “it wouldn’t be right to put this money in the temple treasury, since it was payment of murder. After some discussions they finally decided to buy the potter`s field and they made it into cemetery for foreigners. That is why the field is still called the Field of Blood. This fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah which says, they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price at which he was valued by the people of Israel and purchased the potters field as the Lord directed.

MATTHEW  27 : 1- 10

Jesus was taken away and peter followed him, a lady pointed fingers at him as a follower of Jesus but peter denied he did not know Him, he denied knowing Jesus the second time and vehemently denied knowing Jesus the third time and the roster crowd. At that egregious moment, Jesus turned to look at Peter who remembered his words and he guiltily and shamelessly cried interminably.      Luke 22:54-62.

The soldiers of the religious leaders began beating Jesus and blind folded him whiles they sheepishly asked him who beat you? Prophecies to us, who slap you? They asked him are you the son of God? Then He said if I answer you, you will not believe it, if I ask you a question you will not be able to answer me, but any moment from now I will be seated at the powerful right hand of God. They all shouted are you claiming to be the son of God? He answered you just said it yourselves. LUKE  22:63-71

When he was taken to King Pilate, they conglomerated fabricated stories and blasphemously spoke against Him that He said they should not pay tax to Caesar and was pompously claiming he is the Messiah and a King . So Pilate asked him are you a King? He replied you said that I am. Pilate turned to the leading priests and the crowd and said I have seen nothing wrong with HIM . LUKE 23:1-4.

But they all shouted give him to us to kill, Pilate argued with them because he wanted to release Jesus , but the crowd was perpetually shouting crucify Him! Crucify Him!! Crucify Him!!! For the third time, Pilate demanded from the crowd to know the crime committed by Jesus because he has found nothing wrong with Jesus to sentence him to death, so he want Him flogged and released . Instead, the crowd was still shouting crucify Him until Jesus was released by Pilate to be crucified . LUKE 23:18- 25

Jesus was crucified in the middle of two criminals, whiles He was been nailed at the cross, He Said FATHER FORGIVE THEM, FOR THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Then the criminal on His left hand said are you not the one who said you are messiah? The savior of life and the King of the Jews? Save yourself and us whiles you are at it, but the criminal on the right hand said don’t you fear the Lord, we are criminals and deserve to die criminals death but He is not, then he said to Jesus please remember me when you go to your Kingdom. Jesus replied I assure you that you will be with me in paradise today. LUKE 23:33-43

At noon , darkness feel across the whole land and at exactly 3pm, Jesus cried and shouted Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani? Which means when translated, Father, Father why have you abandoned me? Some of the people standing close to him misunderstood Him and thought he was calling on prophet Elijah whiles the soldiers mocked at Him by socking sponge with a wine on a stick to rob his mouth. MARK 15 : 33 - 36

Then Jesus shouted, “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!”* And with those words he breath his last. He excruciatingly, pathetically and painfully died!

When the Roman officers* overseeing the execution saw what had happened, they worshiped God and said, “Surely Jesus was innocent.*” And when all the crowd that came to see the crucifixion saw what had happened, they went home in deep sorrow.* But Jesus friends, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance watching.       LUKE 23 : 46 - 49
