In my first book, l told you, Theophilus, about everything Jesus began to do and teach until the day he was taken up to heaven after given his chosen apostles further instructions through the Holy Spirit. During the forty days after His crucifixion, He appeared to the apostle from time to time and He proved to them in many ways that he was actually alive and talked to them about the Kingdom of God. Once when he was eating with them, he commanded them, do not leave Jerusalem until He sent you the gift he promised, as l told you before. John  Baptized with water but in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. So when the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, has the time come for you to free Israel and restored our kingdom? He replied, “The Father alone has the authority to set those dates and times, and they are not for you to know. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon  you, and you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria and to the ends of the earth. After saying this, he was taken up into a cloud while they were watching and they could no longer see him. As they strained to see him rising into heaven, two white-robed angels suddenly stood among them. Men of Galilee, They said why are you standing here starring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into the Kingdom of heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go! **ACTS 1 : 1 – 11 **

Come everyone! Clap your hands! Shout to God with joyful praise! For the Lord Most High is Awesome, He is the great King of all the earth, He subdue the nations before us, putting our enemies beneath our feet. He chose the promised land as our inheritance, the proud possession of Jacob`s descendants whom he loves. God has ascended with a mighty shout. The Lord has ascended with trumpets blaring, Sing Praises to God, sing praises to our King, sing praises! For God is a King over all the earth, praise Him with a Psalm.* God reigns above the nations, sitting on His Holy Throne in the Kingdom of  Heaven which all the rulers of the world have gathered together with the people of the God of Abraham spontaneously and enthusiastically singing praises to Him. For all the Kings and rulers of the earth serve under Him and He is honoured everywhere.  **PSALM 45 : 1 - 7 **

Jesus is purposely given birth to interminably inherit the Throne of King David .

Out of the stump of David`s royal family* will grow a shoot – yes, a new branch bearing fruit from the old root. And the spirit of the Lord will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and mighty, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.  He will delight in obeying the Lord. He will not judge by appearance nor make decisions  based on  hearsay. He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked. He will wear righteousness like belt and truth like undergarment.

The wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat. The calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion and little child will lead them all. The cow will graze near the bear. The cub and the calf will lie together, the lion will eat hay like a cow. The baby will play safely near the hole of a cobra,  yes, a little child will put it’s hand in a nest of  deadly snakes without harm. Nothing will hurt or destroy in all my holly mountains’, for as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the Lord. In that day the heir to David`s throne* will be a banner of salvation to all the world. The nations will rally to him and the land where he lives will be a glorious place!*                                               ** ISAIAH 11  : 1  -10 **

In the sixth month of Elizabeth`s pregnancy, God sent  angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a Virginia named Mary who was betrothed and engaged to be married to a man  named Joseph, a descendant of King  David. Gabriel appeared kowtowing to her, greetings highly favored woman! The Lord is with you! Perplexed, flabbergasted or dumbfounded, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean.

Don’t be astonished, angel Gabriel crooned, you have found favor with God! You will conceive and give birth to a son and you will name him JESUS. He will be very great and will be called the son of the Most High. The Lord will give him the throne of his ancestor King David. And he will reign over Israel Forever! “*His  kingdom will never end!”* Mary asked the angel, but how can this happened? I am a virgin, the angel replied, “*The Holly Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you to become pregnant! So the baby to be born will be holly and he will be called the son of God. **LUKE 1 : 26 – 35**

Mary responded by singing  a song of praises to the Almighty God!

“Oh how my soul praises the Lord! *

How my spirit rejoices in God My Savior! For he took notice of his lowly servant girl

*    and from now on, all generations will called me blessed. For the Mighty one is HOLLY *      and he has done greater things for me! He shows mercy from generations to generations *        to all who fear Him! His mighty army has done tremendous things

*           He has scattered the proud and haughty ones He has brought down prince  from their thrones,

*            and exalted the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things,

*     and sent the rich away with empty hands. He has helped his servants Israelites.

*        and remembered to be merciful. For he made this promise to our ancestors *

      to Abraham and his children forever!”*      **LUKE 1 : 47 -55 **

At that time the Roman emperor, Augustus, decreed that a census should be taken throughout the roman empire, ( this was the first census taken when Quirinius was governor of Syria .) All returned to their ancestral towns to register for this frantic census. And because Joseph was a descendant of King David, he have to return to Bethlehem in Judea, King David`s ancient home. He traveled  there from the village of Nazareth in Galilee. He took with him Mary, his concubine who is now obviously pregnant! While they were there, the time came for her to born. She gave birth to her first son. She wrapped him snugly in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger because there was no lodging available for them.

That night, there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord`s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. Don’t be panic, he said, l bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The savior – yes the Messiah, the Lord has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of Kind David! You will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth lying in manger.

Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others- the armies of heaven-praising God and saying, glory to God in highest heaven and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased. When the angels have returned to heaven, the shepherds simultaneously said to each other, let’s go to Bethlehem! Let’s see what has happened which the Lord has told us about. They majestically and vigorously  hurried to the village and found Mary and Joseph. And there was the Messiah  lying in the manger.

After seeing him, the shepherds told everyone what had happened and what the angel said to them about the Messiah. All who heard the shepherds story were flabbergasted or confounded. But Mary kept all these things in her heart and thought about them oftentimes. The shepherds then went back to their flocks, glorifying and praising God for all they had seen. It was just as the angel had told them.

Eight days later, when Jesus  was circumcised, he was named Jesus, the name given to him by the angel before he was conceived. Then it was time for their purification offerings as required by the law of Moses after the birth of a child; so his parents took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord. The laws of the Lord requires that if a woman`s first child is a boy, he must be dedicated to the Lord. So they offered the sacrifice requirement in the law of the Lord, “*either a pair of turtle doves or two young pigeons.

”* At that time there was a   man in Jerusalem named Simeon. He was righteous and devout and was eagerly waiting for the Messiah to come and rescue Israel. The Holy spirit was upon him and had revealed to him he will not die until he had seen the Lord`s Messiah. That day the spirit led him to the temple. So when Mary and Joseph came to present  Jesus to the Lord as the law required, Simon was there. He took Jesus  in his  arms and praise God, Saying!

“sovereign Lord, now let your servant die in peace,

*       as you have promised I have seen your                      miraculous salvation,

*    which you have prepared for all people He       is a light to reveal God to the nations*

*   and he is the glory of your people Israelites!”*

Jesus parents were amazed at what was being said about him, then Simon blessed them and said to Mary, Jesus mother, “this child is destined to cause many in Israel to fall, but he will be a joy to many others. He has been sent as a sign from God, but many will oppose him. As a result, the deepest thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. And a sword will pierce your  soul.”

Annan, a prophetess  was also there in the temple. She was the daughter of phanuel from the tribe of Asher and was very old. Her husband died when they have been married only seven years. Then she lived as a widow till  the age of eighty-four. *She never left the temple but stayed there day and night, worshiping God with fasting and prayer. She came along just as Simon was talking with Mary and Joseph, and she began praising God.

She talked about the  Messiah  to everyone who have been waiting expectantly for God to rescue Jerusalem. When Jesus parent`s   have fulfilled all the requirements of the Lord, they returned home to Nazareth in Galilee. There  JESUS  grew up healthy and impregnable. He was filled with wisdom and God`s favor was on him. Every year, Jesus parent`s   went to Jerusalem for the Passover festival. When Jesus was twelve years old, they attended the festival as usual. After the celebration was over, they started going home to Nazareth, but Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. His parents didn’t miss him at first, because they assumed he was among the other travellers. But when he didn’t show up that evening, they started looking for him among their relatives and friends. As they couldn’t find him, they went back to Jerusalem to search for him there.

Three days later they finally discovered him in the temple sitting among the religious teachers, listening to them and asking queries. All who heard him were amazed at his understanding and answers. His parents didn’t know what to say.  “Son,” his mother said to him, why have you done this to us? Your father and l have been frantically searching for you everywhere. But did you need to search? He interrogated! Didn’t you know that l must be in my father`s house? But they didn’t understand what he meant. Then he returned to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them and his mother have all these things in her heart. Jesus grew in wisdom, in stature and in favour with God  and all the people.*LUKE  2 :  1 – 52*

Oh praise the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has visited and redeemed his people. He has sent us a mighty saviour* from the royal line of his servant King David just as he promised through his holly prophets long ago. Now we will be saved from our enemies and from all who hate us. He has been merciful to our ancestors by remembering his sacred covenant he swore with an oath to our ancestor Abraham. We have been rescued from our enemies, so that we can serve God without fear, in holiness and righteousness for as long as we live.

** LUKE 1 : 68 - 75 **

Oh yes, It’s undisputable fact that Jesus Christ of Nazareth grew up very impregnably and have creditably performed uncountable miracles which has  enormously attracted unprecedented and gargantuan attention throughout Jerusalem and globally across the world. So out of jealousies  and hypocrisies, with the religious leaders  interminably hearing the royalties and praises of Jesus  which deeply in their hearts they vehemently opposed, they conglomerated fabricated and blasphemous stories upon which they sheepishly and blasphemously spoke  against Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Jesus was arrested, crucified and dead and was buried, yet he resurrected the                                                            third day!!

Mary was  standing outside the tomb crying, and as she wept, she stopped and looked in the tomb, she saw two white- robbed angels, one sitting at the head and the other at the foot  of the  place where the body of Jesus had been lying. “Dear woman, why are you crying?” the angel asked her, because they have taken away my Lord, she replied, and l don’t know where they have put him, she turned to leave and saw someone standing there. It was Jesus but she didn’t recognize him.  “Dear woman, why are you crying?” Jesus asked her. Who are you looking for? She thought he was the gardener. Sir, she said, if you have taken him away, tell me where you have put him and l will go and get him. “Mary!” Jesus said. She turned to him and cried out, “Rabboni!” (which means Teacher  in Hebrew language ).  Don’t cling to me, I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go find my brothers and tell them, l am ascending to my Father and your Father,  to  my God and your God”  **JOHN 20 : 11 – 17**

One of the twelve disciples, Thomas (nicknamed the Twin) was not with the others when Jesus appeared to them, they told him we have seen the Lord, He has resurrected, but he replied l won’t believe it until l see him with my eyes and then touch the wounds in His hands,  put my fingers into them and place my hands into the wounds in His side.   **JOHN  20:24-29**

Haven’t finished with His words he went straight to sit on His Holly Throne at the powerful right hand side of God!   **MARK 16:19 **.

God said to him, though you were *God* like me, you did not think of equality with me as something to cling to. Instead you gave up your divine and royal privileges  and took the position of slavery and humble yourself in obedience to Me and catastrophically, pathetically, excruciatingly, painfully and shamefully died criminal`s death on the cross with criminals. Therefore, *"I God have elevated you to the place of highest honor and gave you the name above any other names. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow in heaven, on earth and under the earth and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is Lord to the glory of God your father.*" **PHILIPPINES 2 : 8 – 11 **

Then, God said to him, in the sixth month of Elizabeth`s pregnancy, I sent Angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a Virgin named Mary who was betrothed and engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of King David. So that  the baby to be born will be holly and he will be called the son of God.

**LUKE 1 : 26 – 35**

For, out of the stump of David`s royal family* will grow a shoot – yes, a new branch bearing fruit from the old root.  **ISAIAH 11:1**

In that day the heir to David`s throne* will be a banner of salvation to all the world. The nations will rally to him and the land where he lives will be a glorious place perpetually !*   **ISAIAH 11 : 10**

The Lord declares, I have placed my chosen king on the throne in Jerusalem, * on my holly mountain. **PSALM 2:6**

His government and it’s peace will never end, He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor King David for all eternity. The passionate commitment of the Lord of heaven armies will make this happen!

**ISAIAH 9:  7**

Your throne, O God, * endures forever and ever, you rule with scepter of justice. You love justice and hate evil, therefore God your Father has now anointed you,  pouring oil of joy on you more than anyone else . Myrrh, aloes and cassia perfume your robes, in ivory palace the music of strings entertains You!         **PSALM 45 : 6 - 8**

Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds. I am the Alpha and the Omega. The First and the last, the Beginning and the End, Blessed are those who wash their robes. They will be permitted to enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life. Out side the city are the dogs-the sorceress, the sexually immoral, the murders, the idol worshipers and all who tell lies. "** I JESUS, have sent my Angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to his throne. I am the bright morning star"**. **REVELATION 22 : 12 - 16**

This is good news about Jesus the Messiah, the son of God. It began just as the prophet Isaiah had writing; Look, l am sending my messenger ahead of you, *    and he will prepare your way, He is a voice shouting in the wilderness! prepare the roads for the Lord`s coming!! *    Clear the roads for Him!”*      **MARK 1 : 1 - 3**

Many in the crowd spread their garments on the road ahead of him, and others spread their garments on the road ahead of him and others spread leafy branches they had cut in the fields. Jesus was in the center of the procession and the people all around him were shouting, “   praise God!”* Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the Lord! "Blessings on the coming Kingdom of our ancestor  David!! “        Praise God in highest heaven!”*     **MARK 11 : 8 -10**

His disciples didn’t understand at the time that this was a fulfilment of a prophecy. But after Jesus entered into his glory, they remembered what happened and realized that this things had been written about him and more essentially that, HE WAS BORN TO INHERIT  THE THRONE OF KING DAVID ! Many in  the crowd had seen Jesus call  Lazarus from the tomb, raising him from the dead, and they were telling others* about it. That was the reason so many went out to meet him – because they had heard about this miraculous sign.  "Then the Pharisees said to each other, “ There is nothing we can do. Look everyone* has gone after him!”   **JOHN 12 : 16 – 19**
